Awesome find, and a great price. And you can also use the lower-case letter ‘L’ in place of the number 1, since most typewriters tended do forgo a number 1 anyway. And best of luck with the rest of NaNoWriMo!
Quite right. The lower-case “L”. What was I thinking?

You should type a lowercase “l” instead of an uppercase “I” in case of lack of the number one. xD
$12.99 USD!! I am astonished!! Mine was at $2,200.00 MXN (about $110 USD). But I got an Olivetti Lettera 31 at $50.00 MXN (about $3 USD), and refurbishing it was really cheap ($400 MXN or $20 USD). xD
